Hiring Rates
As a charity, our competitive fees go towards the upkeep of the venue as a space for the local community. Hire rates depend on who is renting and the purpose of hire.
Residents and Charities
Non-residents and Commercial
Main hall and kitchen access (capacity 80): £16.50 per hour
Meeting room only (capacity 20): £11.50 per hour
Whole hall: please contact us to discuss the rate for your event.

Meeting room only (capacity 20): £13 per hour

We are particularly interested in attracting regular users with a preference for local people and activities of a community, charitable or health and well-being nature. We are prepared to consider discussing preferential terms for regular bookings. A reduced fee for overnight and multiple day bookings may be negotiable. Please get in touch with any queries about hiring the hall.

Availability Calendar
This calendar can be used to give an indication of hall availability. It cannot, however, be taken to operate in real time since requests for bookings may be in progress which have not been finally agreed with prospective users, or cancellations may arise etc.. But it is kept as much up to date as possible.
